Dan has over 30 years-experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. He spent 15 years with E&J Gallo Winery, covering all 50 states and their international markets. He also worked inside the Gallo distributor network: coaching, managing, and mentoring.

In other senior level positions that Dan held at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirts, Johnson Brothers and Western Son Distillery he grew revenue, launched brands, and built a standard of excellence. During his time with these companies, he also worked with retailers across the country building national brands developing new and innovative brands and creating some of the most successful private label brands for the likes of: Kroger, HEB, Total Wine & More, BevMo, Walgreens, Sam’s Club, and others.

Rob has a well-rounded experience (32 years) leading Multi-Line Distributors, Sales Regions for the Gallo Winery, & most recently Gallo’s Learning & Development Team for Sales in the US Market.

Rob spent years leading Distributor Sales Team's- developing people & driving sales results for multiple Suppliers.  He also spent a decade leading Supplier Sales Team's developing people, programming brands, & ensuring his portfolio was top of mind with Distributor partners.​

Most recently Rob spent 8 years developing & delivering results oriented- Sales, Management, & Leadership trainings throughout the US for Gallo employees & over 400 Multi-Line Distributors, including over 20,000 participants.

Bob Shelton – Vice President Safeway Retired

Bob spent forty-one years as an executive in the grocery industry. As a buyer, Bob has conducted over 40,000 buying meetings with supplier sales representatives. Hallie Janssen – Professor Oregon State University Digital Content Strategy

Hallie currently works at Oregon State University teaching Digital Content Strategy. In addition to her teaching, she leads the B2B marketing strategy for sales at Opal. Her work at Opal includes supporting brands like REI, Starbucks, Microsoft, and BNB with the Opal collaboration platform. Hallie is responsible for the creation and instructing sales programs that focus on “Selling in a Digital World”.

Pat is responsible for the creation of the E&J Gallo Winery Global Wine & Spirits Education Program with over 60,000 graduates. He brings an Edu-Trainment style approach to his wine education.
